We’re looking for a hands-on BI & Data Analytics Team Lead to join our fast-growing team and drive exciting, high-impact projects for our clients. This role combines leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise - perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and people.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented data analysts and BI developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.

• Be actively involved in project delivery - working directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable data insights.

•  Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI using SQL and DAX to uncover trends and drive decision-making.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and support strategic business initiatives.

• Ensure best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling are applied across the team.

 

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power query and DAX (you’re the go-to person when others get stuck).

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an instinct for seeing the business story behind the numbers.

 • Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex data in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 • Client-oriented mindset, able to build trust and long-term relationships.

 • Managerial or team leadership experience - advantage, but not mandatory if you have the drive to lead.
