We’re looking for curious, driven, and business-savvy Business/Data Analysts to join teams at the forefront of decision-making in their organizations.

What you'll do:

• Analyze complex business processes and operational/financial performance.

• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

• Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for leadership decision-making.

 

Qualifications

Must have:

• Solid Excel skills and the ability to turn data into visual stories

• Proficiency in SQL

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, BO or similar)

• Strong analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly

Nice-to-have:

• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or similar is an advantage

• Experience in large companies is an advantage
